Where are we in the property cycle? - London Stock Exchange
On 3 July at the London Stock Exchange a panel of guests discussed
the topic 'Where are we in the property cycle?'
John Berry (The Royal Bank of Scotland plc) chaired the
discussion with the panel who consisted of:
- Mark Titcomb (Managing Director) - Eurohypo AG
- Michael Brodtman (Executive Director - Valuation
Advisory) - CB Richard Ellis
- Nick Leslau (Chairman) - Prestbury Holdings plc
The event was a huge success and gave much food for thought as to
what needs to happen in order to reverse the downturn in the property
cycle, how long it will be before fortunes are turned and the
opportunities that are out there for potential investors.
Breakfast at The HSBC Tower Canary Wharf
On 22 January 2008 the Property Finance Forum held a breakfast on the
41st Floor of the HSBC Tower, Canary Wharf where Dennis Turner, the
Chief Economist at HSBC discussed the current financial markets and the
short-term and long-term effect on the property industry in the UK and
abroad.
