Property Finance Forum

Aims and Objectives

“The property Finance forum is the dedicated network for finance directors and senior finance professionals working in the property sector”

Although there are many recognised bodies in either the property sector or the finance sector (see links) there is not a specific body dedicated to senior finance professionals in the property industry which the PFF has been established to cater for.

PFF is not primarily for surveyors, bankers or lawyers. It is purposely focused on finance directors and other senior finance professionals.

PFF does not set out to be a lobbying group. It is above all a forum where finance directors in the property sector can, through organised events, network with each other, gain specific practical experience and “trade war stories” among their peers.

PFF will, where appropriate, organise events focusing on a whole range of current topics relevant to PFF members drawing on its relationships and links with other professionals such as surveyors, bankers, lawyers and tax advisers.

How the PFF will develop will be entirely at the direction of its members, and a steering committee has been established to drive this, and will develop to offer a range of events from specific committees, conferences, breakfast, social events, lunches, and a range of information and training from articles and news bulletins to discussion forums.
